Formstack alternative
If Formstack mostly collects form entries into Salesforce and turns records into PDFs, Salesforce can do both on its own. We rebuild your forms and document templates in your org, move what's in flight, and get the Formstack non-renewal in before the notice date.
What lands in Salesforce
A customer fills in the application on your website. Salesforce creates the account and contacts, routes it to the right rep, files the W-9 they uploaded, and emails a welcome packet made from your template. No form tool in between.

Branded PDFs such as quotes, agreements, and welcome letters, made from the record and saved to it.

Straight answer
Dozens of new public forms a month built by people outside Salesforce, payments taken on the form, or e-signatures at volume. If that's you, the review may say keep it, or cut back to the one Formstack product you use.
How it works
Most Formstack sunsets take a few weeks. A long list of forms adds time, so we start from the notice date and work back.
The renewal date isn't your deadline. The notice date is.
Every form, document template, and Salesforce mapping in your Formstack account, with submission counts so you can see which ones are used.
You getA list of every form and template, ranked by use, that you keep after we're done.
Which forms become Salesforce forms, which templates become native documents, and what can simply be switched off. Every call comes with a fixed quote.
You getA written recommendation and a fixed quote.
Forms and templates rebuilt in a sandbox first with the same field mapping, then tested with real entries, so your reports don't change.
You getForms and documents your team signs off on.
Old entries exported, the forms on your website swapped, then a clean disconnect and the non-renewal sent before the deadline.
You getA closed contract and a smaller bill.
Questions
Yes. Simple forms post straight into Salesforce from your own pages. Multi-step forms run on a Salesforce site, which can use your own subdomain and be embedded in your pages.
Usually not. Web forms, screen flows, and public Salesforce sites come with most editions, and the document templates are code we write and hand over. We check your edition on the review call.
Entries that already created records stay where they are. Everything else in Formstack is exported before it's switched off and loaded onto the right records, or kept as files if you'd rather.
About half of one year's Formstack license, as a fixed price agreed before you commit, with a $2,500 minimum. Half at signing, half at go-live.
Formstack Forms and Formstack Documents, the Salesforce side of tools like FormAssembly, and Conga Composer when the templates are straightforward. If yours isn't listed, the review is still free.
