Recordings and transcripts
Teams already records and transcribes your calls. Each recording shows up in Salesforce with a speaker-by-speaker transcript shortly after the call ends.

Gong alternative
If your team mainly uses Gong to record calls, read transcripts, and get notes into Salesforce, you may not need the license. We build it inside your org on the Microsoft Teams recordings you already have, add AI call notes that cost a few cents a call, and get the Gong non-renewal in before the notice date.
What your reps see
The recording plays beside its transcript, and a click on any line jumps the video there. A few minutes after the call ends, the AI notes are ready and the summary is logged on the opportunity, where managers already look.

What you get in Salesforce
Built on Salesforce and the Microsoft 365 you already pay for, and the Gong job each piece takes over.
Teams already records and transcribes your calls. Each recording shows up in Salesforce with a speaker-by-speaker transcript shortly after the call ends.
Takes over fromGong's call recorder and transcription
A brief, action items, risks, and next steps, written by an AI model your org calls directly. You pay a few cents per call, not per seat.
Takes over fromGong's AI call summaries
Calls match to the account and open opportunity by attendee email, and the summary goes on the activity timeline where managers already look.
Takes over fromGong's Salesforce sync
The transcript sits beside the recording. Click any line to jump there, or search every call for a competitor's name or a price.
Takes over fromGong's call player and search
Talk time per speaker and the topics that came up on each call, so a manager can coach without sitting through all of it.
Takes over fromGong's call stats
Reps see their own calls and managers see their team's. One click shares a call with everyone, for training or a win review.
Takes over fromGong's call library
Straight answer
Big teams that coach from call libraries every day, forecasts built on deal signals, or dialing and email sequences run from the same tool. If that's you, Gong may be worth the license, and the review will say so. Often the answer is fewer seats.
How it works
Most call-recording sunsets take a few weeks. Moving your call history adds a pass, so we start from the notice date and work back.
The renewal date isn't your deadline. The notice date is.
Where your calls happen today, which reps open Gong each week, and what managers actually use it for.
You getA usage report by rep and feature that you keep after we're done.
What moves into Salesforce, what Microsoft 365 already covers, and anything worth keeping. Every call comes with a fixed quote.
You getA written recommendation and a fixed quote.
Recording sync, the call page, and the AI notes built in a sandbox first, then tested on a week of real calls with your reps.
You getCalls, transcripts, and notes your sales team signs off on.
Your call history and transcripts moved over, then cutover, Gong disconnected from Salesforce, and the non-renewal sent before the deadline.
You getA closed contract and a smaller bill.
Questions
It's the simplest path, since Teams already records and transcribes. If your calls run on Zoom or a phone system that saves recordings with transcripts, we can usually bring those in too. We confirm what you use on the review call.
No. Your org calls an AI model's API directly, and you pay the provider per use, usually a few cents a call. There's no per-seat fee and no package of ours to license.
In SharePoint or OneDrive, which you already pay for. Salesforce keeps the transcript, the notes, and a secure link, so the video plays on the call record without using up Salesforce storage.
We export your call history and transcripts before the contract ends and load them onto the matching accounts and opportunities. Recordings come over too, where your Gong plan allows the export.
About half of one year's Gong license, as a fixed price agreed before you commit, with a $2,500 minimum. Half at signing, half at go-live. After that, the AI notes cost a few cents a call.
The recording, transcript, and call-notes side of tools like Gong, Chorus, and Avoma. If yours isn't listed, the review is still free.

We'll reply within one business day with times for a 30-minute call. Bring the order form if you have it, since the notice clause is usually in there.
